What to do with Rosie?

Rosie's blowing my min. She corrected my reading earlier today. She is adding 3 digits in her head and shows unbelievable numeracy in her thinking.

Right Now Rosie is making Myles fruit kabob sticks for his party. So she can center the decorative sticker perfectly on the end of the stick she is asking what is in the middle. "The "a" or the "s"? I think it's between them but I don't think the (kabob) stick will fit!"

I ask we what the sticker says.
"SMASH"

So I start to say the middle is where there are equal letters on each side so it's the "a"

I KNOW THAT MOM. BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS SYMBOL!

the sticker doesn't say smash
It says SMASH!
