Day 1 of learn to ride your bike camp

Camp!

Due to construction I was late getting kids to camp. Plus I didn't know Rosie was going swimming with them so I plopped her in circle, ran all the way back to the car, got her swim stuff and tried to sneak back in to drop it off. She of course saw me and popped right up and ran to me. Bracing myself for tears she looks at me and says "awww...did I forget kisses for your pockets? Here you go (kiss kiss). NOW I am busy playing duck duck goose ok!" And she left me me there all alone :/

Summer vacation. Myles broke open a rock. Found "diamonds" inside. Alli, our neighbor, stopped by earlier. She was here when he started his project.

Then he prepared a package and wrote, "your fare share. To alli from Myles"

Rosie spent yesterday making and today reading and playing under a homemade readers tent. Thanks Lucia for the idea.

I do love these days.
