February

February has been a wonderful and exciting month. We have been ridiculously busy with classes, lots and lots of visitors, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Myles is growing leaps and bounds. He is a joyful baby who continues to surprise me with his strength. He is rolling all over the place, it being his best mode of independent transportation. He loves the wildlife we see on our walks, playing in water, playing with the dogs, his favorite books and his favorite songs. He is, of course, a total “talker” (of the babbling, cooing sort) who loves to play out the range of his vocal cords. We have been listening and dancing to American Idol as a family. Myles even had a favorite artist that he “sang” with every time he performed. Sadly for Myles, the dude got cut.

Taking a pause from our books to read dad's shirt.

Out for an evening stroll. The snowsuit isn't big any more!

We really made the great Craig’s List score with our new Chariot. It is Myles favorite color, and it is mom and dad’s favorite toy. It is ski, bike, jog, and even hand pull adaptable. It seats up to 2 kids. It is our hot rod. We may have to move sometime soon, though. We are quickly outgrowing our Boulder home!

Lots of love to all of you!

Let the good times roll!

Thanks Aunt Judy, Claudia, and Barbara for recognizing that having the coolest toys far outweighs whether a toy has a gender-specific color scheme! This entertainment center has been Myles's favorite new pastime!
Myles has been a very busy boy lately! It seems like he has found his voice since yesterday, and boy is he happy to use it! Make sure to check out the video at the bottom of this post to see (and hear) some of his latest stories.
