The slow pace of summer. Creek play. Things to do at home. Yes. But this is now.

Hi Jr. FLL Parents,

Thanks for giving us your kids for the past few weeks! I hope they all had as much fun as I did! I know they certainly learned a lot. Here's a team photo my dad took at the expo yesterday. It's a little blurry because it was taken in a dark room with his phone, and he apologizes for it.

Thanks again!

Everyday we still practice her lines and choreography. She listens and acts so involved. She misses the class so much.

Our little Rosie

So 3 is proving to be as powerful of a time for R as it was for Myles.

2 moments that describe her right now. We are " playing school" to help her get used to the transition next year. Sometimes she loves it and sometimes she is annoyed. At lunch today I asked her to do something for herself "just like at school." Her response? "Fine--we can play school but I LIVE with the teacher....AND the principal."

She also is very much into listening to "sad songs" and choking back tears. She likes to listen to Simon and garfunkle, Peter, Paul, and Mary and other folk tunes and cry softly at the lyrics that "hurt her neck with feelings."
