Last year, Myles was sick and Allyson was on a chicken-and-rice-only diet, so hopefully last weekend helped to make up for that a little bit.
First, on Wednesday we went to Allyson's folks' house and had an early feast there with the grandparents and aunt Melissa. Grandma outdid herself with the incredible food, and Myles and Allyson and I helped Grandpa put up some Christmas lights!
Here's Myles and Momma in their outdoor gear:

Then, on Thursday we drove to my aunt and uncle's home, where we had a more sizeable and equally amazing time. I actually remembered to get the camera out during this celebration, and here are a few pics of the fun:

We drove home on Friday, where we went straight to a party that our friends Lee and Deb were throwing. At this point, Myles was getting a little worn out, but still rocked the party 'til it was time to go home to bed.
We have also gotten our Christmas decorations out for the house, and Myles has been enjoying all the toys and little shiny things that are floating around for the season.

On Sunday, I got to take Myles to the Children's Museum, and we had a ton of fun running around and playing with everything there was to play with. He had been there before with his mom, but I was psyched to be able to use him as an excuse for me to play on the toys too. Here he is in the costume area, checking out the head protection:

What fun!

Hey we rocked out at the children's museum too that weekend! Shame we didn't coordinate. Did myles visit the grocery store? Ramona went for the first time and tried to hightail it with a toy cart.
Happy turkey day guys..hope to see you soon!
Uh oh! What happened to Rebecca's foot? Bummer.
It looks like Myles enjoys being the family's center of attention as much as Haven does!
What a beautiful family :)
Kima--
I think we were at a different museum, but we should totally coordinate next time!

Yeah, grandma broke her ankle on some narrow stairs at work. They've got it pinned, and it's healing nicely, but she gets to up and down the stairs and hop around on crutches for a while.
...and Myles totally thrives on being the center of attention!
In the picture where he's clapping, that's when he learned that we would applaud when he did, and he kept doing it over and over again for a good 10 minutes, just eatin' it up.
